Arrive Delhi, meet and assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting Old & New Delhi.
OLD DELHI - A sight-seeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India.
NEW DELHI - An extensive sight-seeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President's Residence and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi – Sariska (By Road)
Morning after breakfast drive to Sariska. Arrive Sariska and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for sightseeing tour of Sariska a Jeep safari into the Sariska Tiger reserve, Excellent viewing of Sambar deer, Blue Bull, Wild Boar, Spotted Deer, Peacock and Langur along with varied species of birds and also spot the very elusive Royal Bengal Tiger and the Leopard. Night stay at Sariska.
Day 04:Sariska - Jaipur (By Road)
Morning after breakfast and drive to Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting
CITY PALACE - A delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture, the City Palace sprawls over one-seventh of the area in the walled city. It houses the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR - This is the largest and the best preserved of the five observatories built by Jai Singh II in different parts of the country. This observatory consisting of outsized astronomical instruments is still in use. Night stay at Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur
After breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride ascent to the fort.
AMBER FORT PALACE - Amber is the classic romantic Rajasthani fort palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by his descendent Jai Singh I. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles finds its ultimate expression.
HAWA MAHAL - The ornamental facade of this "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark in Jaipur. Their five-storey structures of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine trelliswork and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh, the Mahal was a royal grandstand for the palace women.
BIRLA TEMPLE - Situated in the south of Jaipur, Laxmi Narayan Temple is one of the many such temples built by wealthy Birla family in India, thus it is also known as Birla Mandir. The temple is a great reminder of the secular traditions India has shown over the centuries. The temple has been constructed in white marble and has three domes, each portraying the different approaches to religion. The temple is situated at the foot of Moti Doongri Fort, converted as a small palace by Ram Singh II for his wife Gayatri Devi. Night stay in Jaipur.
Day 06: Jaipur- Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (By Road)
Morning after breakfast drive to Agra en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri, the birth story of this beautiful city is interesting. There, in a grotto in Sikri, lived a Muslim Saint, Sheikh Salim Chishti by name. Akbar hearing of his renown, asked of the blessings of a son, and when a son was born, not only was the child named Salim, the site for a mighty and ambitious project - a city - was chosen near the residence of the saint erected in k1569. After visiting continue drive to Agra. Arrive Agra and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Agra, the home of the immortal Taj Mahal, the inimitable poem in white marble is the first expression of love of an Emperor Shahjahan for his queen Mumtaz Mahal. This great monument was completed in 1653 AD. Agra Fort, the imposing structure on the banks of the river Yamuna is replete with priceless examples of craftsmanship in the Mughal period, including the beautiful pearl Mosque; it was designed and built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. Day 7:Agra – Orcha (By Road)
Morning after breakfast drive to Orcha. Arrive Orchha and check-in at the hotel. Later visit Orchha. Orchha a historical site with magnificent temples and monuments. Some of the palaces were decorated with painted murals which represent the finest flowering of the Bundela School of painting. Night stay in Orchha.
Day 8:Orcha – Khajuraho (By Road)
Morning after breakfast drive to Khajuraho. Arrive Khajuraho and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city sightseeing tour of Khajuraho temples Khajuraho, once the great capital of Chandela, now a quiet town, Khajuraho temples here were built during the Chandela period from 950 to 1050 AD. Almost intriguing as the sheet beauty and the size of the templesis the question of why and how they were built here as Khajuraho is isolated, 1000 years ago as it is even today. Night stay at Khajuraho.
Day 9: Khajuraho – Varanasi (By Flight)
Morning after breakfast departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and check-in at the hotel. Evening view “Aarti” ceremony on the Ghats. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 10:Varanasi
Early morning boat cruise on river Ganges. After breakfast proceed for excursion trip of Sarnath, 7km from the city where Buddha preached his first sermon more than 2500 years ago. The site is marked by the massive Dhamek Stupa which is believed to date back to 500 AD. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 11: Varanasi – Mumbai (By Flight)
Morning after breakfast departure transfer to the airport to board the flight for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Night stay at Mumbai.
Day 12: Mumbai
After breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Mumbai visiting Kamla Nehru park, Hanging gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar hill offering a panoramic view of Marine Drive and Chawpatty beach, Prince of wales museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India and drive through the Crawford market. Night stay at Mumbai.
Day 13: Mumbai – Goa (By Flight)
After breakfast departure transfer to the airport to catch the flight for Goa. Arrive Goa and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Goa.
